Chapters meet locally, host events, coordinate volunteers and feed what they learn back into the network.
People take part when the community is close enough to reach on a weekday evening.
A chapter keeps a rhythm of meetings so work carries on beyond a single event.
Each chapter records what it does, so effort is visible to the wider network.
